Complaints

Recommendation:

It is in your interest to always require a receipt for the journey. It can be later used as a reference for a potential complaint. Every driver is obliged to print a receipt on his taxi meter at your request.

Customer complaints:

In the event that you order a taxicab by calling the dispatch center and the guaranteed rate is not kept, we will return the extra money after you provide the receipt.
